How does the Monthly subscription work?
Pick any coffee, choose your size and grind, then choose Monthly. We roast it in small batches in Yuba City and send you the same coffee, size and grind every month. It renews on its own until you cancel.

How often can I get my coffee, and what ships?
Choose Monthly, Every 2 Weeks or Every 3 Weeks. Every delivery is the coffee, size (12 oz or 5 lb) and grind (whole bean or drip) you picked.

How much do I save?
Subscribers save 10% on every delivery.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?
You can cancel anytime from My Subscriptions in your account on our website. To skip or pause a delivery, email info@steelehousecoffee.com and we'll help.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and packed within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

Can I pick up my subscription instead of having it shipped?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect each order at our Yuba City shop, 437 Center St, during shop hours: Monday to Saturday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
